Over a decade ago, I started the law office of A. Bret Steig, Attorney at Law to help families throughout West Essex with complicated legal dilemmas. My original focus remains one of my core values. Since 1995, I have helped hundreds of clients resolve complicated estate disputes, involving trust and will contests with a variety of allegations, such as:

I am well-prepared to seek medical reports or witness statements from the nurses or caretakers to determine if your family member was in a mental capacity to make important decision about their will or trust. I will seek to have the executor removed from the estate if evidence shows the executor manipulated the decedent. If necessary, I will protect you in trial.
