A. Bret Steig decided to practice law in a small office because of his desire to represent real people rather than large corporate entities. Thus, devotes his practice primarily to:
- representing individuals and small business in NJ real estate closings and refinancing.
- assisting clients by preparing wills and trusts to protect assets and otherwise plan for the future.
- assisting in the administration of the estate of loved ones.
- remaining up to date as to the frequent changes in landlord tenant laws so that he might represent landlords and tenants in tenancy court and in the drafting of tenancy agreements and leases
- representing those starting new businesses by incorporating a business
- representing those buying or selling a small business.
